The Hunger Project

Operating in various countries, including Australia, The Hunger Project aims to break the cycle of poverty and hunger globally. The organisation addresses not only immediate food shortages, but engages in advocacy, partnerships and local mobilisation projects to build capacity, leadership and infrastructure in communities.
Wildlife Conservation

Conflict Islands Conservation Initiative (CICI)

The Conflict Islands Conservation Initiative (CICI) aims to conserve, protect and enhance the natural environment and biodiversity of the Coral Sea, in particular around the Conflict Islands in Milne Bay, Papua New Guinea.

CICI has established preservation initiatives for turtles, rays and corals, and collaborates with global researchers, conservation organisations and universities, to achieve its conservation mission.
Education

Australia Cambodia Foundation (Sunrise Cambodia) 

Sunrise Cambodia is an Australian charity dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities in Cambodia. By providing education, healthcare and community development programs, the organisation aims to empower children and families and long term self-reliance, breaking the cycle of poverty.
Women's Empowerment

Opportunity International Australia

Opportunity International Australia offers small loans, savings and other financial resources to entrepreneurs, particularly women, to start or expand their small business. By facilitating financial inclusion, the organisation hopes to create sustainable economic development in disadvantaged communities.

Australian Sea Lion Recovery Foundation
Australian sea lions are the only listed Endangered marine mammal in Australia facing a continuous population decline.

Understanding their specific environmental stressors is vital to prevent their extinction. The Australian Sea Lion Recovery Foundation aims to protect and preserve these animals through public support and conservation research.
